Reviews and Ratings
I loved the spacious room with all the amenities provided, but cleanliness could have been better. The service was helpful in suggesting local dining options, despite some communication challenges. The hotel's peaceful location was great for relaxation, though a bit outside the town center. The dining experience had some hiccups but was generally good. Facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, very close to the center of Inverness, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The rooms are nice, with a big bed and a sofa, but we encountered some unwanted eight-legged guests due to the disabled access door. The noise from the main entrance and the cold room were minor inconveniences, eventually resolved with the wall radiator.
I loved the serene location near Loch Ness and the town center, offering a peaceful stay with more quality than expected for the price paid. However, it was a bit inconvenient having to wait for staff during the specified hours, and the immediate area lacked attractions.
The hotel is located in a peaceful and lovely area, although slightly out of the center of Inverness. The breakfast was filling but did not meet the high expectations set by the website. The owner provided nice service and the location was ideal for visiting Loch Ness.
