I loved the spacious room with all the amenities provided, but cleanliness could have been better. The service was helpful in suggesting local dining options, despite some communication challenges. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, very close to the center of Inverness, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The rooms are nice, with a big bed and a sofa, but we encountered some unwanted eight-legged guests due to the disabled access door. The noise from the main entrance and the cold room were minor inconveniences, eventually resolved with the wall radiator.
